
Professor Rivka Weill is a leading expert in Israeli Constitutional Law, U.S. Constitutional Law, British Constitutional Law, Comparative Law, and Administrative Law. She is a faculty member at Harry Radzyner Law School, Reichman University, and has served as a Visiting Professor at Yale Law School, Cardozo school of law and the University of Chicago Law School, where she held the David R. Greenbaum and Laureine Knight Greenbaum Distinguished Chair.
Professor Weill holds an LL.M. and J.S.D. from Yale Law School, as well as a degree in Accounting from Tel Aviv University. She previously served as a clerk and legal adviser to President Aharon Barak of Israel’s Supreme Court. Her research has been recognized through prestigious grants and awards, including a three-year ISF Grant, an Israel Institute Grant, and a Fulbright Scholarship.
